In the days we are living, Everything is possible. Maybe these will be our last moments. It's possible that in next terrorist attack you will be the victim. Its now on the daily basis, the Terrorist groups are destroying every feild of our country. First they targeted Army Cantts and officers, then Masajids and now educational institution of Pakistan. Throughout the World, the rate of attack on institutions rises higher and higher. In the beginning, they were attacking and burning only girls schools and colleges. They hide their faces behind islam and critisized that in islam womens are prohibited to go out of their houses. That was different time, nowadays everyone knows who are behind those masks and what are their plans. A lot of attacks were driven on the educational institutions.
Casualities
They burned schools in swat and agencies, killed innocent people. Recently on 16th December 2014 Torrorosts attacked the Army Public School, they slaughtered and murdered several innocent souls in cold blood. The blood was shedded ruthlessly. About 140 people were killed. The whole nation was in deep sorrows. After a year on 20 January, 2016 Taliban also attacked Bacha Khan University charsadda in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and they killed 20 students and 22 were wounded. After this attack, their intention were clear.
Why Target Educational institutions?
Education plays a key role in the development of a country. Every person is born with the right to education. An educated man can survive ways better than uneducated man. Survival is not the only option, an educated man knows his rights in the society and has a better way of understanding.
He knows his rights and duties towards the nation. They contribute in every field of the country development, IT, Science, Army, Politics, Medical etc.
Who are behind this?
Taliban is just the front door. The actual terrorists are taking the shade of Taliban to hide their dirty faces, showing sympathies and try to be our friends. These Terrorist organizations are funded by foreign agencies to degrade the students of Pakistan. Its now very hard to go to school or college for Pakistani students as their lives are in danger all the time.
What Steps should be taken?
In my opinion, people should not be afraid. We are warriors and warriors dont fear death. We should show the world that we cannot be terrorised and degraded. The Govt should devise a policy to train students to counter such incident and make their way safe home. The people of Pakistan should also support Govt in eliminting the plague of terrorism. Terrorism does not have a religion, they are abide by their own rules.
