Open CMD

To open cmd press [window key+ R]
window will pop up [write cmd and enter]



After cmd is opened

Write the following code
_________________________________________________________________________________

  1.     Diskpart  
  2.     List disk
  3.     Select disk 1
  4.     Clean
  5.     Create partition primary
  6.     Select partition 1
  7.     Active
  8.     Format fs=NTFS

_______________________________________________________________________________
 Now wait till the format completes [ completes to 100%]                                 _______________________________________________________________________________
                 
    9.      Assign
    10.    Exit
